Outlet Manager (Full Time)
Lead a Thriving Outlet: Oversee all aspects of the outlet, including staff management. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor your team to achieve high standards. Analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions and develop sales strategies for increased revenue. Manage inventory and procurement to optimize stock levels and costs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Barista (Full Time)

Gelato Chef (Full Time)
